This is monotype that you can do at home on your kitchen table, and as a creative activity with children of all ages. You can do it with a homemade plate or a shop bought one. You can use cheap and cheerful children’s finger paints right through to premium quality water based paints. You can print on cheap or expensive paper and if you’re interested in the creative use of textiles, you can even print onto fabric.
