  • Dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order - usually sent Royal Mail first class.

Giclee Prints – From Stock

  • Our aim is to dispatch your order within five working days.

  • You will receive an email letting you know when to expect it.

  • Your parcel will be tracked throughout its journey.

  • Delivery is usually 3 working days from date of dispatch.

Giclee Prints – Special Orders

  • Our aim is to dispatch your order within 10 working days.

  • We will send you an email letting you know when to expect it.

  • Your parcel will be tracked throughout its journey.

  • Delivery is usually 3 working days from date of dispatch.

Originals and Framed works

  • Framed work, depending on the size, may be too fragile to be sent with a regular courier.

  • We can either obtain a quotation for a specialist art courier to deliver

  • Or you can collect in person from the studio.

  • Please get in touch and we can plan accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

  • I want you to be happy with your new artwork and enjoy it for many years to come.

  • I pack framed and mounted prints very carefully but very occasionally something gets damaged in transit.

  • Please let me know immediately if that happens.

  • You will need to pack it up in the original packaging, attach a label which I will send you via email and drop it off at a collection point near your address.

  • Alternatively, I can also arrange for the courier to collect it from your home or workplace.

  • In either case you get a pre-paid label and don't need to pay for the return postage.

  • I will then send you an identical replacement if it is a giclée print.

  • Please note that monotypes are unique and cannot be replaced and therefore I would ask you to select an alternative or provide a refund.

If the print fails to meet your expectations, please let me know straight away.

  • You have 28 days to return the item.

  • I will send you a label and make arrangements for collection as described in the previous paragraph, so there's nothing for you to pay.

  • I will refund your payment to your Paypal account or card.

Trade Clients

If you are a trade client and/or are interested in commissioning my services for creation of a specific line of items to be sold by you, please contact me separately for the wholesale prices and special trade terms and conditions.  This does not affect your rights.

Website

I always try to ensure the information provided on the Website is accurate. However, I do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) that arises from reliance on information on the website whether in error or omission, unless due to my negligence, it results in death or personal injury.

As far as is practicably possible, the photographs I use show product colour, size and detail accurately. Some product is hand made and hand finished to the finest quality and is sold as such.

I aim to provide regular, extended choice of new work. All of my original prints are unique editions. Once sold the print is usually available as a giclée print. These can be ordered as a limited edition at the same size as the original or as a 15 x 15cm limited or open edition print. Once a limited edition is sold out the image/product is no longer available for the same reason. This may result in changes to the products available for sale. I reserve the right to make those changes without prior notice.

This is the entire agreement between you and me. We reserve the right to change those terms from time to time and without prior notice, with such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the site.

If you shop at this site, I will assume you have read and accepted my terms and conditions and any changes clearly written here.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Description of Products

The description and specification of products in the Website is only approximate. We reserve the right to make changes, which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

We may correct any error appearing in the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

Privacy Policy

We take the safeguarding of your personal details and privacy seriously. We aim to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the regulations regarding Privacy and Electronic Communications 2003.

  • PayPal will process your payment. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure servers.

  • Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.

  • We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party.

  • If you have subscribed to my newsletter I may send you offers from shop, news and other updates.

  • You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the base of a newsletter.

  • Your email address will never be passed on to any other third party unless I am requested to do so by local law enforcement agencies.

  • My website uses server side cookies called sessions to make your shopping basket work.

  • These collect no information about yourselves and do not store any information on your personal machine.

  • Without temporary cookies (known as session cookies) you will not be able to add items to the shopping basket.

  • When you register your details with me or place an order, the website uses a secure server. Any data you give is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure internet messages are not intercepted.

FULL REFUND APPLIES WHEN:

  • The tutor is ill

  • Hazardous travel conditions (e.g. snow and ice)

  • The course does not attract enough students.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. accident) that affect you or the tutor.

IF YOU CANCEL:

  • Within 24 hours of booking your fee will be refunded

  • Within four weeks or more before the course starts, an equivalent transfer to another course within the same term or 50% refund.

  • Within four weeks or less before the course starts, a refund or equivalent transfer is discretionary.

    • If I can fill your place less your fee minus £40 cost of processing your booking, or the option to transfer to another workshop within that term.

    • If I can’t fill your place there is no refund.

WAITING LIST

If you wish to be added to the waiting list once a course is sold out, please email me. You will be contacted if a place becomes available.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Please accept your Paypal confirmation email as your receipt.

STAGED PAYMENTS

You can pay in two separate instalments by cheque, credit card or BACS. Please email me.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND OTHER DETAILS

Once your booking is confirmed I will need the following details from you:

  1. Contact phone number

  2. An emergency name and phone number

  3. Health/allergy issues or disability needs that affect the health & safety of yourself and others during the course including the food provided.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

I strongly recommend:

You take out cancellation insurance if you are booking transport and accommodation to attend the workshop.

I make every effort to ensure a course goes ahead even with low enrolments. In this case I take a decision two weeks before a course is due to run, (four weeks if I know someone is coming a long distance). However, I cannot take responsibility for cancellations due to unseen circumstances. 

MATERIALS

  • Generally speaking all materials for a workshop are included in the price unless otherwise stated.

  • I may occasionally suggest items that it would be useful to bring if you have them at home.

SUPPORTED SESSIONS

  • Materials such as paper, card and lino/vinyl are not included in supported sessions.

  • Inks and other difficult to measure consumables such as PVA, and cleaning products are.

  • You can also purchase additional materials to take home at the end of a course or supported session. Please ask to see the price list.

LUNCH

On Saturday, weekend and extended day courses, a delicious two course lunch is included catering for most dietary needs. It is important that you inform me if you do have special dietary requirements. I cannot take responsibility for not catering to your requirements if you have not informed me in advance.

There is a lovely area to sit outside in good weather.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • My aim is to be as accessible to everyone who wants to attend a workshop as is feasible and practicable.

  • It is your responsibility and extremely important to inform me if you have some form of physical disability that needs to be taken into consideration from a fire safety or emergency exit perspective in order that I can carry out a risk assessment and make appropriate provision.

  • Please let me know also, if you have any health issues or allergies that may be affected by exposure to the materials used in a workshop.

  • There is NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS as the studio is via a short set of stone stairs (+/-10) with a hand rail. Inside the studio, everything is on one level.

General

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
