Large or Multiple Framed Prints

For orders of multiple framed prints, or any framed print larger than 40 x 40 cm, special shipping arrangements may be needed due to size and weight. Depending on your location, this could mean local delivery or shipping via a specialist art courier.

If your order arrives damaged:

Please get in touch straight away and send a photograph of the damaged print and its packaging. This helps me assess the damage and process any Royal Mail claim quickly.

For limited edition giclée prints:

I'll arrange a replacement if one is available, or issue a full refund if the edition is sold out.

For original works:

These are one-of-a-kind, a replacement won't be possible and I'll issue a full refund instead.

In all cases, I'll email you a pre-paid returns label to take to your nearest post office or collection point. If you're in the UK, I can also arrange a courier pickup from your home or workplace. Return shipping is always covered — there's no cost to you.

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. Just let me know within 7 days and I'll send you a pre-paid returns label. Once the item is on its way back, I'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
