UK shipping is charged at £20.00. This includes insurance, tracking and next working day delivery. Please note: this rate does not apply to my unframed prints larger than 40 x 40cm - see below.
FRAMED ORIGINAL & FRAMED LIMITED EDITION PRINTS + UNFRAMED PRINTS LARGER THAN 40 x 40cm
UK shipping and insurance is charged at £37.50. This includes insurance, tracking and next working day delivery.
EXTRA LARGE FRAMED OR MULTIPLE FRAMED PRINT ORDERS
If you order more than one framed print or a framed print image size larger than 40 x 40 cm, this may incur a higher shipping charge depending on the size and weight of the combined prints. It may be more appropriate for us to deliver in person or to use a specialist art courier.

We are always pleased to fulfil orders for all our products and prints from customers in all parts of the world. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to agree the best delivery option for your order. We will be happy to provide a price inclusive of shipping costs.
Our goal is to ensure that orders are packed with care, carried by a reputable courier and arrive speedily and in pristine condition.
We aim to dispatch your order within five working days.
You will receive an email confirming dispatch and letting you know when to expect your order.
Your parcel will be tracked throughout its journey.
Items that incur free shipping will usually be delivered three working days from date of dispatch.
Items that incur £20 or £37.50 shipping costs will be delivered next working day from date of dispatch.
Original and limited edition giclée prints are fully insured.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I want you to be happy with your new print or product and enjoy it for many years to come. If, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, I will replace it straight away provided you send it back in it’s original packaging. Please let me know immediately if this happens.
We will then ask you to re-pack the print or product in the original packaging, attach the label which I will send you via email and drop it off at a collection point near your address. Alternatively, I can arrange for the courier to collect it from your home or workplace.
In either case you get a pre-paid label and don’t need to pay for the return postage. We will then work with you to agree a suitable replacement or provide a full refund. If the print fails to meet your expectations, please let me know within 7 days. I will send you a label and make arrangements for collection as described in the previous paragraph, so there’s nothing for you to pay. I will refund your payment to your Paypal account or card.
