Booking and Cancellation Policy
Standard Printmaking Workshops
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel:
More than 28 days before your start date - full refund less a £50 administration fee.
14-28 days before your start date - 50% refund
Less tha 14 days before your start date - no refund
Where possible I will try to fill your place or offer you alternative dates, but this cannot be guaranteed. I’d recommend taking out personal travel insurance to cover cancellation.
Tailored Printmaking Retreats
Because tailored workshops require advacne planning, specific date-blocking, and sometimes materials ordered in on your behalf, the same policy applies with one addition, where dates and materials have been arranged specifically for you, even a 28 day refund within the 28 day window may not full cover my costs. I will always be upfront about this in my written estimate.
As with all bookings, I will always try to offer you alternative dates, or give you the opportunity to find someone to take your place if you need to cancel. I strongly recommend travel insurance for any retreat booking, particularly for off-season visits where ferry disruption is a possibility.
