INSPIRATION

The curlew, with its long legs and curved bill, is central to my art, particularly in Northumberland's uplands. My prints capture its shape and habitat's spirit. Watching it forage among stone walls inspires me to incorporate real plants, connecting my work to nature. As seasons change, I depict the curlew's journey from grassy nests to coastal areas, conveying movement in my prints. Light and shadows create a backdrop for the curlew's story, blending the bird with its surroundings and reminding us to protect these fragile ecosystems.

• The print will be unmounted and unframed, wrapped in acid free tissue and delivered in a sturdy postal tube. UK delivery is free.
