Lone Tree Under A Starry Sky III
Lone Tree Under A Starry Sky III
INSPIRATION
A colourful monotype/collagraph original landscape print inspired by the iconic Sycamore tree that stands in a dip between the Roman Fort at Housesteads and Milecastle 39 on Hadrian’s Wall in the Northumberland National Park. It is often photographed, day or night, in all seasons. This print is influenced by the images under the dark starry skies on a winters night when the northern lights are playing in the sky.
